HELP!

Anyone out there who reads this and would like to help a stupid mother, I would appreciate it. We taped Gracie's dances for her recital. They are so so cute and I want to post them on the blog but I can not figure it out. We have tried 400 diffrent ways. I know it can be done because others have put it on their blogs. Any help would be much appreciated and then all can enjoy the
"Tiny's" dances. They are so worth watching!
