Our last 6 months have been INSANE to say the least. We finished up soccer for Gid and Halle. Gid did so awesome this year with his new coach. He scored several goals so he got several shakes from Big J's (yes we bribed our children). |

Halle also did well (as long as she wanted to play). She did score her first and only goal this year and wouldn't you know it she did it in the one game mom missed being in the hospital having Gabbi. Grandma and Grandpa Taylor said it was awesome though!
We blessed Gabbi very quickly. I think she may have been 2 weeks old. We had to hurry and do it to ensure Grandma and Grandpa Taylor would still be here. We had a family dinner at the fire station afterwards and had our first family pictures.

We went to Grandma Corbridge's Legacy House Halloween Carnival again this year. The kids love it and love to spend time with Grandma and their cousins. They have treats and games.

We love our little Gabbi Bo. She is such a sweet addition to our family. She is doing well. She does have bilateral ureteral reflux so we are waiting to see a pediatric urologist at Primary Childrens in February to discuss surgery. She is on a daily dose of antibiotic to keep her from getting another kidney infection. She is a happy baby unless she just had her medicine . It upsets her stomach and makes her really gassy. Other than that you would never know she has any problems.
Gid earned his bobcat and is pretty close to getting his wolf now. Especially since we have a new leader in scouts that actually holds den meetings.
I tried my hand at being a photographer. Not the best. Sarah my awesome sister in law came and took some pictures and we are just waiting to see them!
Gabbi is now not quite 4 months old. She is smiling, giggling and rolling over like crazy. She was even doing pull ups in her bouncer tonight. It was so dang funny. She is so strong.

The 3rd grade classes did a dance instead of singing this year. When I heard this I really worried about Gid. He does not like to dance at all. He did awesome though and really got into it. I dare say he even had fun.

Our annual Christmas Eve party with the Taylor family. We do white elephants and one our ours was a fish. Yes it is real. We thought it would be so funny to have Tricia or Erin get it and see them freak. Erik got it instead and thought it was funny. I still love Tricia's reaction to it though.
Christmas at our house was fun. The kids loved their gifts and loved having Grandma Corbridge come and stay with us for Christmas.
Gabbi loves her ball. It is her favorite toy.
We let the kids go pick out pajamas with the money they got from Grandma and Grandpa Taylor. Halle picked out her pajamas because it had a sleeping mask with it that she wears every night.
Brian worked the Aggie Gymnastic meet so we decided to go. The aggie bull and his girlfriend came to see us. Gid saw them coming and ran to the far side. Gracie posed for a picture with them instead.

Gracie has been bugging me to change diapers. I guess it took all 3 kids to do it and this is how it turned out.

And somehow they still managed to get the diaper on backwards. Gabbi was a trooper. She just giggled though it all like she knew they were doing it wrong.

We got to go see Santa again this year at the fire station. It is a fun tradition the department does for the firefighters.

A couple of months ago I went to help out in Halle's class. One of the boys in my group had hurt his wrist at recess and had ice on it. Halle came home the next day from school and told me that "Mom, Degan did not just hurt his wrist, he broke his uterus". I laughed so hard. When I told her I did not think he broke his "uterus" she informed me "he did to, Mrs. Morrison said he did". I guess she combined "ulna and radius". We had a good laugh.
