Our last Harrah with Uncle Shawn

Uncle Shawn got his mission call to serve in the Nashville Tennessee Mission. He is leaving on March 2nd. We are so proud of his desire to serve and the example he sets. This is our last picture with him for two years! We all love him so much and know he will be an awesome missionary! Good luck Uncle Shawn. Thanks for all the great memories!
The kids will miss Shawn but will enjoy spending time with Samantha (aka Max) when we visit Declo. They all love her (especially Halle bug). We all kinda hope she is around when Shawn comes back!

Our Fun Happenings

We have had a crazy couple of weeks. We have spent much time in Declo with Grandparents and uncle Shawn. Halle and Hoger have so much fun together. Truly they hardly ever fight and are always so excited to see each other. They are just the best of friends!

My birthday party! I just turned 23 (hey it worked for my mom for 20 years). I have a awesome husband that took the day off of work and took me to the Salt Lake Temple. This was my first time to see it! It was just awesome. We spent the day alone (thanks to my awesome sister Beck for watching 3 kids on such short notice). We got back in time for cake and icecream! Brian bought me a new bike for Halle and I. One that has not boy bar to lift my short little legs over! I can't wait for warm weather! It was a great day! Thanks honey!

Halle Bug!

Our little doodle bug is growing up so fast. She is finally fully potty trained. She even wakes up 6 out of 7 night dry! I love this little fart so much...even though she is a HUGE HANDFUL!





I am so so so excited to be done with dipers for teh first time in 5 years! Way to go bug!

My new talent!

Many thanks to my mom who has taught (er..tried) to teach me to french braid like 10 times. I finally learned. Here are a couple of french braid hair styles we have tried on Grace. Notice none are of Halle. Nobody should have to endure french braiding Hal's hair (let alone combing it)!

SNOW DAY!

We thought we were ready for summer. Evidently we were wrong. We had a huge snow storm this weekend. Good thing we bought that snowplow last year! I hate snow but it is kinda fun when it snows. All the kids want to go outside and snowplow with their dad. Better yet, mom gets a break. (sorry about the underlining on this post. It won't quit doing it and I am sick of messing with it.

I have to admit (and it just quit underlining...stupid thing) that I was not the biggest fan when Brian brought up getting the RZR. However it has been used tons in the winter and summer!

Angela's "tiny" Allstars

Gracie had her first dance performance! Her dance group performed at half time of the varsity basketball game! She did so good. I was so proud of her. I kinda thought she would panic when she realized how many people were there but she was not even nervous. That was the plus. The crappy thing was my camera does not seem to like to take pictures in the gym. Most were blurred and crappy looking. Brian was video recording and it worked great but we have lost the cord to download it to the blog....So for now this will have to do. She is just loving dance (much to her mothers dismay) more than softball. She is however playing T-ball this year! Mom can always keep hoping to make an athlete out of her..Right?
