One year ago

One year ago today our sweet little Gabbi Bo was admitted to the hospital for five days.  We are so glad this darling is better and still with us today and much happier! 

Taylor summer party!

This summer our family was in charge of the annual Taylor family reunion.  We decided to rent a huge water slide for the day and put it up in the back yard.  The kids had a ball but the two biggest kids of all (Brian and Chad) probably had the most fun!  It was a fun filled day.  The only downside was missing Alan and Christine while they are on their mission.

Mesa Verde and Arches (Corbridge family trip)

Back in June my awesome sister Becki planned a fun trip to Mesa Verde and Arches.  It was SO much fun to hang out with my family.  We camped, hiked and just hung out!  It was awesome.  Our cute Gabbi being packed everywhere!  Lucky girl.

Cute Corbridge Cousins. I love when these kids get together.  Their is no drama or whining.  They just all love to hang out and include everyone.  Makes trips so much more fun!

This was my favorite part of the trip.  See the cliff dwelling of the Indians behind the kids.  It was such an awesome site. 

We went on a tour and had the worlds most HORRIBLE/ANNOYING tour guide (which happened to be someone Lisa and Trevor knew).  We spent most of the tour making fun of her.  You can see in Reddicks face how interesting she was!

Brian got tired and asked Reddick for a piggy back.  This was such a awesome trip.  I wish we could do it every year!

Gid earned his wolf

Gid earned his wolf award back in May.  This was quite a challenge because for at least part of the time he did not have scout leaders.  Thus Brian and I became his leaders and trying to get all his requirements completed among all the other things going on was difficult but he did awesome!

baseball/softball 2015

This summer I coached Halle's softball team.  They used the pitching machine!  It was lots of fun to coach Halle and some of her friends including two of her cousins Chloe and Harley!  It was a small team but we had fun!

 

Thanks to my incredible husband who is always so willing to help me out when I need him!

Our cute little bug had a great time playing this year and is a great hitter!  When you ask what her favorite position to play it is she will tell you batter!  What a kid.  I had a wonderful assistant coach and two awesome babysitters!

Gid played his first year of minors.  This is where the kids start pitching to each other.  He had so much fun.  He learned to pitch this year and did awesome!  He was one of two main pitchers.  I loved to watch him strike someone out because he would do the cutest fist pump!  He is turning into quite the athlete and I love to watch him practice and get better!

Gracie played her first year of softball.  This was kind of a change for her since she has been playing fast pitch softball.  This year the county changed to slow pitch for some reason and it was different for her to change up her swing but she did awesome.

 

Gracie had a great time playing again and loves softball which I am thrilled about! She cracks me up though because when she is playing the field she is still always making sure her hair looks good.  Maybe it is just a nervous habit.   She loves to go out and throw with me and just talk together.  It has been fun to watch this sweetheart grow up and mature.  We can't wait till next year!
