Check out our new clothes line! Brian's parents gave it to us! I just love it. I enjoy laundry much more now! Hanging out laundry has helped me cut 14 dollars off our our monthly power bill! Woo Hoo!

Slip and slide

We had so much fun on Grandpa Ariel and Grandma Nett's slide. I was the designated picture takler. If you think what I posted is a lot you should see what I did not post. Brian, Erik and Chad kept racing down the slide and trying to make huge splashes to get Colby wet (he was the other designated picture taker). Must have been the noise thundering down the hill because they did not ever get him.
Chad kept "surfing"down the slide. This is the best picture I got of him in the mist of a fall.

KINDERGARTEN!

Finally, I am posting pictures of the kids first day of kindergarten! They were so excited! They get to walk to school with me and Hal and ride the bus home (for like 20 seconds). They are loving their teacher Mrs. Koller. I get to go in and help in their class once a week. It is fun to see them learn and interact with their friends. Hal gets to play with cousins! She looks forward to it each week (almost as much as she does dance).

To cute. Funny story though. The kids came home last week and told me that Mrs. Koller was going to be gone all week because her dad had passed away. They said she had to go to the craft fair. Hal and I are adapting. It is fun to have Halle time but just insane when the kids get home and we start our 1 1/2 hours of homework. It takes much more time with two.

So these pictures are from almost 2 months ago. The kids loved riding in the boat.

So don't laugh to hard at my form or my face but hey, I got up on my first try! I don't even pretend to look professional. It was amazing I even went since Colby went before me and showed off. He was a hard act to follow.

And then there is Colby. All of the trick pictures were blurred by water in front of him but lets just say he was really good.
Brian was not to bad himself (once he finally got up) but he looks lots better than me.
I guess Haydo is taking after his dad and showing off his tricks. What a stud.
Gid and Grace were so so scared to go on the tube. I finally talked them into it and promised they would not fall off. About 30 seconds later they were off and in the water screaming. I had to bribe them 2 hours later to get in the other tube to ride and they only would go with Austin. They did have fun though. Now we just need to work on Halle bug. She loved the boat but wanted nothing to do with a tube. This was a way fun trip. Thanks again to Mel and Colby for the boat and great time.

This was so funny. We went camping with Brian's parents. Hal was being typical Hal and Brian told her to behave or he would put her up in the tree and leave her. She did not listen and he followed through. This tree had a seat for her butt and she thought it was great. Great discipline huh!
