Warm River 2016

We got to go to our favorite camping spot ever again this year! Warm River!  It is so fun and relaxing to just float the river and camp and hang with family.  Even Gabbi loved it and Gid loved having his cousin Owen to play with (he gets sick of girls).

So these pictures will be way backwards but Gid decided to play baseball for the county this year.  After the season was over each coach was able to choose his 4 best players and they played on an allstar team and was able to play for an extra two months and go to some tournament.  Gid was chosen to be on this team and mostly played the best position ever....Shortstop. 

His season coach was chosen to be the all star coach since the orioles had the best record.  He had so much fun and was forced to come out of his shell a bit and meet new people.  It was a great experience for him

He did get to do some pitching for the all star team.  He loves to pitch but can play anywhere. 

I coached the girls softball team again this year.  I thought I would really miss not playing but it is so much fun to coach the girls instead and watch them develop.  This year we started out playing in a fast pitch league.  It was fun and the girls enjoyed it.  However it was a short season and we were asked to join another league for 6 weeks and play slow pitch.  I think the girls for the most part really enjoyed this league better.  They hit better and the pitching was much better.  Halle became one heck of a hitter.

My one and only  picture from fast pitch.  It was freesing and I don't know who was colder  Grace or me..Gid playing for his seasonal team the OriolesCute little batter and runner.  He loved playing short stop

Gabbi saw so much ball this summer she was ready to play.  She dressed herself up like this during one of the girls practices. 

Whenever we got the gloves out to play catch or have Gid and Grace pitch she got her mitt out as well.  She cracks me up, she even knew what hand it went on.

End of school 2015-2016

For the end of year this year the school rented a rock wall and al 3 of the kids made it to the top.

Halle had the coolest teacher ever.  She loved Mrs. R. and does not want to start 3rd grade anymore because she wants to stay in Mrs. R's class.
